As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and conduct routine patrols throughout assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure environment for visitors, patients, and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in and around the premises.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Identify and report security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual circumstances to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.

Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding staff, patients, and visitors during drills or actual events when appropriate.

Document incidents and maintain accurate daily activity reports as required by site policies.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, patients, and emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
