• Hours per Week : 36 hours\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1550 - $1660 per week\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Ohio or compact state\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift\n
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg clinical experience (2 years preferred)\n
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for all patients within 8 hours of admission\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n
• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record\n
• Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the time of admission\n
• Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care\n
• Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and new staff\n
• Promote patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital policies and clinical best practices\n
• Participate in team-building activities and foster a positive work environment\n
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed after orientation\n
