The Purpose of Your Role
We are seeking an individual who can help evolve and mature our technology ecosystem across all end-user and internal administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cloud computing, complex problem solving, and systems integration. You will need to exhibit forward and strategic thinking, have innate technical expertise, and demonstrate flexibility, to make incremental and tangible gains for internal stakeholders and the end users who support our organization’s strategic initiatives.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
3 + years demonstrated knowledge of general cloud computing concepts with understanding of Talent Acquisition, CRM, Identify Provider, and Learning Management systems a minimum requirement
2+ years of experience with at least one ACD tool (Serenova, Five9, InContact, Avaya, etc.)
Salesforce Admin preferred
Displays an eagerness to continually improve their skills and learn new technologies
Practical understanding of workforce management, independent contractor models, on-demand workforce, and bringing disparate SaaS solutions together into a single operational environment
Excellent personal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to lead and / or participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment
A willingness to embrace challenges, take on new tasks proactively, and seek to always improve

The Value You Deliver
Play a critical role in the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of the technology ecosystem supporting internal and external stakeholders
Analyze potential third-party solutions that can enhance and / or improve the technology offerings in our environment
Develop integrated solutions according to user requirements, best practices, and industry standards
Gather requirements, and participate in planning and deployment phases for new product standups as well as existing system enhancements
Work collaboratively to interface with and understand operational needs of business stakeholders as it pertains to the end user applications
Effectively communicate (written and verbal) technical subject matter to non-technical business stakeholders
Work with disparate SaaS applications and systems to facilitate a harmonious technical environment that is leveraged by staff and end users to service the external customer
