Our client, industry-leading in customer experience solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Evaluator to join their team. As a Customer Service Evaluator, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance team supporting client operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : McAllen, TX, with remote work options available

Pay Range : $14.00

What's the Job?

• Conduct telephone evaluations by following structured scenarios to assess customer service quality
• Document interactions in detail, including metrics such as response time, information accuracy, and appointment setting
• Provide objective feedback based on call evaluations to support continuous improvement
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies during all evaluations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure evaluation standards are consistently met
