Gohn & Stambaugh Inc., a local family owned business, has proudly been providing HVAC & Plumbing residential and commercial services in York County and beyond for 43 years.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Commercial / Residential Mechanical Estimator specializing in Plumbing & HVAC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring competitive bids and successful project execution.

Requirements for Qualified Candidates :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Plumbing / HVAC Commercial Industry
• Multitasking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Understanding of the bidding process within the Plumbing & HVAC Industry
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously with little supervision
• Strong computer skills, CAD background preferred
