We're partnering with a leading provider of plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning services, to find a talented Commercial HVAC Design Estimator to join their team in Lititz, PA.

In this role, you'll play a key part in estimating costs, preparing bids, and generating HVAC designs for commercial building projects.

Responsibilities :

• Estimate costs for MEP systems on commercial new construction and renovation projects.
• Prepare cost-effective conceptual designs on design / build projects that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Create sketches of designs to be drafted or 3D modeled by BIM / CAD operators.
• Carefully review and co-develop design documents for execution at various project stages.
• Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.
• Negotiate with clients and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Meet with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, and architects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
• Work with other estimators to share resources and coordinate efforts.
