Hourly Rate : $20 - $22 / hr.

Overview

For the Materials Leadership Intern, we are searching for someone who is interested in warehouse inventory control, people leadership, and has a passion for process improvement. The Materials Leadership Intern would be involved with daily receipts of material, ensuring material is brought to the manufacturing floor to meet customer needs, and overseeing product shipment.

For the right candidate, this role is expected to be a year-round position starting in Summer 2026, and supporting the work part-time, on-site during the following school year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner
• Participate in internal and external audit activities
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
