The Role : VP, Partner Growth
As VP of Partner Growth, you'll build the machine that powers the marketplace-owning supply acquisition, broker and owner relationships, listing quality, and new revenue layers tied to verified deals. You'll lead strategy and execution, reporting directly to the GM. This is an EVP-level role for a doer-thinker who can roll up their sleeves and scale a foundational engine of trust.
You'll define how brokers list with us, how business owners engage directly, how listings are verified, and how we evolve into a marketplace built on quality, not just quantity. You'll also help validate future monetization plays like :
