Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

About the Role :

Blazer Jobs is hiring Special Education Teachers to deliver high-quality instruction in a high school Inclusion program in Phoenix. This full-time position is ideal for educators experienced with moderate to severe needs populations. Teachers will co-teach, co-plan, and co-assess students while managing a full caseload, collaborating with staff, and addressing behavioral and academic needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams

Implement individualized instruction based on IEPs

Manage a high school caseload of up to 35 students

Document academic and behavioral progress and proactively resolve issues

Support students social-emotional and academic development

Co-plan and co-teach lessons for students with disabilities

Required Qualifications :

Arizona SPED Certification

IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

High school classroom experience preferred

Experience with moderate to severe needs

Onsite availability
