Project Manager - Medical Device Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute projects focused on implementing manufacturing strategies for the transfer and assessment of products related to venous thromboembolism clot removal. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all design transfer activities are completed on time, within scope, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities :

• Accountable for all design transfer activities and delivering the product on time, in scope, in quality, and on budget.
• Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
• Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, resource prioritization, and employee performance.
• Manage escalation of workflow issues and review deliverables.
• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

This is a contract position based out of Irvine, California. Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
