Direct Counsel is partnering with a premier law firm to hire a Senior Associate or Of Counsel attorney to join its Private Client Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with a background in estate and tax planning to work with high-net-worth individuals and family groups.

Qualifications :

Senior-level associate or Of Counsel with experience at a large law firm or financial planning firm

Strong background in estate planning, tax planning, estate administration, and business succession planning

Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices

Experience with international tax and cross-border planning is highly desirable

This position may be based in the firm’s Philadelphia office
