We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Senior Client Service Associate to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a permanent position that provides the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients and utilize Schwab Advisory services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch client service, managing complex financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and developing strong relationships.
• Utilize Schwab Advisory Services to manage client accounts, execute trades and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients and opportunities to grow the business.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, continuously updating knowledge and skills.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
