MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Assistant to join a growing hardwood flooring manufacturing company. in Orange, CA.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM. Must be available for overtime.

Requirements for Operations Assistant- Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing :

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and logistics
Must pass the E-Verify requirement
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Forklift certification a plus (not required)
Willingness to learn manufacturing and operations processes
Prior experience in roles such as Production Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Inventory Control Assistant, Sample Department Assistant, and Manufacturing Associate is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Operations Assistant – Hardwood Flooring Manufacturing :

Support day-to-day operations across factory and office environments

Pack, label, and prepare product samples for shipment

Pull and organize materials needed for sample production

Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Assist with inventory tracking and material restocking

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and office teams to meet daily goals

Inspect and approve finished samples for quality and accuracy
