Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Supervisor to lead operations in a precision manufacturing facility serving the medical device , military , and commercial aerospace industries. The ideal candidate will oversee production involving CNC Swiss Screw Machines, Milling Centers, and CNC Lathes , ensuring adherence to tight tolerances, regulatory requirements, and quality standards expected in these critical industries.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise daily activities of machinists and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Oversee efficient setup and operation of CNC Swiss-type machines (e.g., Citizen, Star) , as well as vertical / horizontal milling and turning centers .
• Ensure production meets regulatory and quality standards such as ISO 13485 , AS9100 , and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Support production planning by coordinating with scheduling, engineering, and quality teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.
• Monitor job travelers, blueprints, and control plans to ensure parts meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve production issues, including minor machine troubleshooting and root cause analysis of scrap or rework.
• Train operators on machining techniques, safety, and quality procedures specific to medical and aerospace components .
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in line with lean manufacturing , 5S , and process efficiency .
• Track and report key metrics such as on-time delivery , OEE , first-pass yield , and nonconformance rates .
• Enforce safety policies, PPE use, and cleanroom or contamination control practices when required.
