We are seeking an AR / AP Specialist to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting, either through an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. The Specialist will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and payable tasks, support bookkeeping, and assist with financial operations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to cross-train with our current Specialist and eventually grow into a more senior role such as Accountant or Junior Controller.

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Assist with general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional accounting projects
• Learn and support higher-level accounting tasks as needed
• Utilize SAP for financial data entry and reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr.
