The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for leading and coordinating all on-site activities related to commercial roofing projects. This pivotal role requires comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, outstanding supervisory skills, and the ability to ensure seamless project execution. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the construction team to deliver safe, high-quality, and successful roofing projects within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Preparations :

Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Oversee all aspects of roofing projects on-site, ensuring that work is conducted according to approved plans and in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure roofing systems are installed to the highest standards.

Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for roofing projects.

Maintain open and clear communication with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and progress.

Identify and resolve on-site challenges or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
