The Victoria Dominguez Farmers Insurance Agency, is one of the most promising agencies in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and are seeking a top performing, licensed, insurance sales producer. Our district, 3504, is a President's Council Member, which is ranked in the top 1% of all districts.

The Personal Lines New Business Producer (PLNB) is responsible for generating new Farmers personal lines business while upholding agency standards and performance metrics.

This position supports agency growth through quality sales, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships..

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
