As a security professional in Orovada, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as manufacturing and industrial.

As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. This is a driving post, where you will monitor assigned areas and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will be part of a reliable and innovative team that values integrity and puts people first, making a positive impact on the environment you serve.

Job Schedule : Day Time

Thur 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or site representatives.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors as required by site policies.

Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
