  • Contribute to the design and preparation of drawings for equipment, fixture, and tool modifications.
  • Assist in designing fixtures and material handling devices that meet regulatory requirements and improve process efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).

  • Core Competencies

  • CNC Programming & Troubleshooting : Programming CNC equipment and resolving technical issues on the shop floor.
  • Mechanical & Technical Skills : Strong aptitude for milling, grinding, assembly, and automation processes.
  • Process & Systems Optimization : Developing, documenting, and implementing systems and procedures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Project Management : Ability to independently plan, manage, and complete projects from start to finish.

  • This is an onsite role, providing hands-on support for day-to-day manufacturing operations.
  • Close visual acuity is required for reading schematics, technical drawings, and computer screens.

  • Work is performed on the manufacturing floor with exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Pay Range
