As an Advanced CNC Lathe & Mill Technician, you’ll combine setup mastery, programming skill, and meticulous inspection to deliver parts that meet stringent medical device requirements.

How You’ll Contribute

• Champion Quality Management System and EHS commitments—accurate records, GMP discipline, and a safety-first mindset.
• Plan sequences from prints, drawings, and sample parts; select tools and workholding for optimal results.
• Set up and run lathes, mills, shapers, and grinders; refine feeds / speeds in-process for best finish and tolerance.
• Program CNC controls and electronic instruments (G-code / CAM) to execute precise toolpaths.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials; verify machine readiness and efficiency.
• Inspect work using micrometers, vernier calipers, and other precision gauges; confirm conformance and surface integrity.
• Maintain equipment health; diagnose issues and determine adjustments or repairs.
• Ensure proper cooling and lubrication; reduce scrap through thoughtful process control.
• Lay out, measure, and mark stock to indicate cuts; fit and assemble parts to build / repair machine tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, supervisors, and manufacturing team members to exchange technical knowledge.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to meet production goals.
