We’re AutoReel, one of the fastest growing AI startups in real estate. AutoReel helps realtors and real estate photographers market property listings better by turning their listing photos into cinematic videos using AI. About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can think strategically, move fast, scrappily, and execute flawlessly. They must be a hands-on creative and analytical leader who can take full ownership of our paid ads creative strategy and marketing across channels – leveraging AI to accelerate work at every opportunity. If you live at the intersection of ads, design, data, and storytelling, and you know how to turn creative insights into growth, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly alongside the leadership team who have previous experience at Meta, Instagram and Snapchat. By keeping the team lean with A-players only, they were able to start and scale AutoReel extremely fast in one year and are looking for someone to collaborate with to take it to the next level.

Responsibilities :

Paid Social Creative Strategy :

  • Manage all aspects of paid ads (Meta, Google) and work on creative direction, editing, and campaign strategy.
  • Drive UGC content creative strategy including collaborating with vendors, sourcing, briefing, and driving the process end to end.
  • Turn data driven insights into creative directions, scripts, and visual briefs for new ads.
  • Collaborate with our video editors to bring ad concepts to life.
  • Own and deliver 50 creatives (statics and videos) weekly to support aggressive growth and experimentation.
  • Hold full control over creation, performance analysis, and iteration driven strictly by measurable results.

Marketing Leadership & Execution

  • Help shape overall marketing direction : Own all marketing channels and KPIs.
  • Own creative testing, campaign planning, storytelling.
  • Bring new ideas for content, motion, and brand moments that amplify awareness and conversions.
  • Work directly with leadership to define creative strategy, KPIs, and execution plans.
  • Marketing & Brand Design

  • Design and manage visual assets
  • Organic social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Event & conference flyers, one-pagers, and booth collateral
  • Lifecycle Marketing including email marketing
  • Maintain and evolve AutoReel’s brand aesthetic to keep it fresh, consistent, and high-impact.
  • Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or brand design (ideally software, SaaS, or DTC).
  • Expertise in managing large paid ads campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms, preferably with marketing budgets ranging from $100k–$500k / month.
  • Strong portfolio showing ad creative, social media design, and marketing collateral.
  • Expert in Canva, Photoshop, Figma and / or Adobe Suite.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance marketing tools
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry changes
  • Be extremely hungry and scrappy to grow

  • Commitment : 40 hours / week. Flexible schedule when results are driven.
  • Location : Remote (responsive during CT timezone)
