Overview

Senior Mechanical Engineer | Project Manager role at Windsor Engineers. The Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager will drive innovation and excellence in HVAC project delivery—leading teams to create efficient, sustainable solutions while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring junior members.

In addition to technical and project management expertise, this role includes active participation in business development efforts to help identify new opportunities, expand client relationships, and contribute to Windsor's long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate Windsor's core values : The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.
• Manage projects as Lead Engineer and / or Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project documentation, design quality, and adherence to Windsor's Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions, assess system performance, and support construction administration.

110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Vancouver)

110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote- Portland)

110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote- Kalispell)
