A highly respected Salt Lake City area commercial construction company, specializing in concrete structures and buildings , is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join their growing team. Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop budgets and bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful preconstruction planning.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor pricing, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
