A company is looking for a Remote Customer Experience Representative who is bilingual in Tagalog.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service support to members and providers through various communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member / provider satisfaction
Document details related to inquiries and collaborate with internal / external departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of sales and / or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
