Our client an industry leading architect and design company is seeking a Controller to join its team. The company offers the opportunity for growth, stable work environment and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include :

• Gather financial information and prepare internal financial reports.
• Oversee the implementation of the corporate budget and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and variance commentary for each line item.
• Provide profit center P&Ls, analyze product mix.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly journal entries to complete month end close.
• Perform monthly operational spending analysis and provide variance trends.
• Provide financial analysis for product and investment decisions.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
• Work closely with outside auditors
• Ad Hoc reporting as required
