We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead the design function across our organization.With 30 district offices and several subsidiary companies, this role plays a critical part in shaping, evolving, and protecting our brand identity at all touchpoints.From environmental designs to cookbooks and event branding to tried-and-true corporate collateral, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles on a daily basis.This role will be responsible for hands-on execution of graphic design deliverables, mentorship and daily oversight of Graphic Designer(s), and the strategic leadership of the company’s visual direction.This in-office position is located at the company’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and will report to the Director of Marketing.Job Responsibilities :
Creative & Brand Leadership Lead and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines for the parent company and its subsidiaries.Serve as the primary steward of brand consistency across all platforms and executions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines from all district offices and subsidiaries.Provide art direction on photography and videography shoots.Hands-On Design Execution Independently create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to :
Marketing materials – brochure, presentation decks, one pagers, social media graphics, MMR Cookbook, tradeshow collateral Internal communications –quarterly magazine, intranet design, email marketing Event branding – annual Christmas party, client events (e.g., Mardi Gras, Masters, hunting and fishing excursions), internal events (e.g., MMR Madness, dodgeball tournament, luncheons), annual fishing tournament, and more Environmental graphics – equipment wraps, office graphics, suite designs Team Mentorship & Oversight Provide daily guidance, support, and creative feedback to Graphic Designer(s).Review and approve Graphic Designer(s) work, ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.Foster skill growth through mentorship and collaborative opportunities.Project & Workflow Management Prioritize and manage incoming design requests with support of Marketing Coordinator.Implement efficient workflows, creative briefs, and feedback loops to ensure project quality and timeliness.Job Qualifications and Duties :
Education : A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.Experience :
7+ years of professional experience in design and visual communications is required.A senior-level role or experience mentoring junior designers is strongly preferred.Required Skills :
