My client, a trusted leader in engineered-to-order material handling equipment, is looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, and support electrical systems for complex capital equipment and automation projects.
This is a full-time role with on-site presence and a flexible arrangement which is ideal for an engineer who enjoys cross-disciplinary collaboration and tackling real-world control system challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
Design electrical controls, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCADDevelop control panel layouts, PLC logic, and system documentationSelect components including motors, drives, relays, HMIs, and sensorsCollaborate with mechanical engineers, production teams, and customersSupport assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment on-siteMaintain alignment with industry codes (UL, NEC, NFPA79, etc.)About You
Be able to do the job as describedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering requiredExperience designing and programming industrial control systemsFamiliar with AutoCAD Electrical and PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley preferred)Comfortable working with high voltage equipment and motor controlsStrong communication skills and ability to support shop floor and field teams
