In this controls engineering role, you will be responsible for full spectrum controls engineering tasks from concept to hand off to the production floor.

Position Overview
Design electrical schematics using AutoCAD ElectricalDesign, develop and program PLC, HMI, and motion controls from scratchDevelop new electrical designs for both standard and custom equipmentOversee project panel builds and if required build electrical panels from the ground upDevelop and set up vision systems for applications such as angle detection, orientation detection, and feature detection using various toolsDevelop plans and schedules for projects while interacting with customersPrepare operator manuals, user manuals and other project documentation as neededAbility to travel periodically up to 30% of the time for startups, installations, and to resolve field issuesCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldAt least 5 years experience of automation and controls engineeringProficiency programming Allen Bradley controlsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyStrong verbal and written communication skills
