Data Analyst Administrator

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make data evaluation process more flexible.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  • Gather and clean data for presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate results of findings, creating visualizations such as charts, graphs, written reports and presenting information.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders.
  • Maintain internal records for future retrieval and review.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Vice President and / or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with VP, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Strong Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments.

Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Associate degree (or higher) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Work experience in the healthcare administration field.
  • Medical coding knowledge.
