Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in leading multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage various trade contractor crews from construction through turnover. This role supports projects in sectors including restaurants, retail, hospitality, office spaces, and complex exterior work.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Sr Vice President of Construction Operations and collaborate with Project Managers for each project.
- Coordinate with trade contractors and their subcontractors to ensure the completion of high-quality work.
- Supervise large and complex projects.
- Document and communicate work plans effectively.
- Manage project budgets for General Contractor and Site Service.
- Monitor safety performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead weekly contractor meetings and oversee daily field reports.
- Communicate effectively with architects and owners.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience supporting custom interior construction with projects valued at $1 million or more.Experience working with General Contractors, Owners, or Designers.Experience running safety procedures and independently managing projects.Proficiency in managing subcontractors.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Strong client interfacing skills.Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field is a plus.Experience in project management, construction management, estimation, and interior construction.Familiarity with project scheduling, project development, and OSHA 30-hour safety procedures.Work Environment
This role requires 90% of the time on project sites and 10% in office settings for meetings and documentation. Projects typically last 4-6 months and are located in the DMV area. Depending on noise restrictions, project onsite hours are from 6 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00 / yr.
