Job Details

Responsibilities :

As an entry-level Staff Accountant, you will be a key contributor to our finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to take ownership of financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

General Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Assist with full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and special projects as needed.
• Work closely with senior accounting staff to resolve discrepancies and provide support for any accounting-related issue.
