Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Brand Executive to support brand initiatives, events, client programs, and customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing brand materials, displays, and presentations for events and customer-facing activities.
Represent client brands professionally during events, demonstrations, and in-person outreach.
Support the coordination and setup of brand activations, promotional programs, and on-site initiatives.
Help maintain inventory, documentation, and organization of brand-related materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all brand requirements and expectations are met.
Provide administrative support for brand and client projects as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude and comfort engaging with customers and clients.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
