Job Overview
The Housing Resource Specialist ensures the safety and well-being of adult tenants while fostering an environment of wellness and recovery within the apartment complex. This role supports up to 13 tenants by providing linkage assistance, addressing housing and treatment needs, and assisting with lease and paperwork completion. Additional responsibilities include conducting room inspections, collecting rent, performing minor repairs, maintaining property cleanliness, and documenting tenant interactions in Acenda's EHR system.
