Cloud Billing Specialist - CCA

Join TD SYNNEX as a Cloud Billing Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to manage customer account reconciliations, address billing-related inquiries, and create analytical reports. Your efforts will contribute to delivering best-in-class systems and operations across LATAM, supporting our business unit leaders and their key partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve errors in billing operations and other related issues.

• Collaborate with vendors, TD SYNNEX stakeholders, and cloud team members to understand and meet business requirements.

• Document all processes using company tools, in collaboration with the offshore team.

• Develop and create analytical reports

• Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Create, maintain, and optimize cost optimization tools within an Excel environment.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• English proficiency, both in speaking and writing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically and analyze complex data.

• An out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for individual tasks.

• Comfortable working in an international, results-driven project organization.

• Basic knowledge of the IT Software/Services/SaaS industry and its market advantages (desired).
