Associate Director Of Contracting
The Associate Director of Contracting will play a pivotal role in shaping our biosimilar and branded 505B2 (injectable) contracting strategy and process. This position entails significant influence over clinical contract management and clinical outsourcing vendor management. The Associate Director will oversee a team dedicated to clinical contracts, ensuring alignment across internal departments and external partners.
Responsibilities :
- Manage clinical outsourcing vendor partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Oversee and manage clinical contract templates and pricing agreements for up to six products.
- Ensure contracts are properly housed and monitored.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and legal departments.
- Develop and operationalize standard operating procedures (SOPs) independently.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with overseas associates.
Essential Skills :
Strong background in pharmaceuticals.Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.Expertise in site contracts, vendor management, and clinical contracts operations.At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / biotech contract operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree is required.Work Environment :

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $185000.00 / yr. Offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award with this position within the first 12 months.Ranges reflect the company's good faith estimate of what it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
