We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to lead our laundry operations. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation our guests expect. The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the daily functions of the laundry team, ensuring all linens, spa items, and uniforms are processed efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality.

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the laundry department

Ensure all hotel and spa linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms are cleaned and handled according to quality standards

Inspect finished items for cleanliness, proper folding, and damage; address any deficiencies

Manage inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies; place orders when necessary

Train and support laundry staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area, adhering to health and safety regulations

Operate and monitor commercial laundry equipment and coordinate routine maintenance

Collaborate with Housekeeping and Spa departments to meet operational demands and special requests

Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and team development initiatives

Previous experience in hotel or commercial laundry operations required

Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices

Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
