Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager at CapTech, you'll support the delivery of technology-driven projects across a variety of industries. You'll work closely with senior project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to help ensure successful project execution and contribute to meaningful business outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
• Help facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Learn and apply best practices from Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed to senior team members.
• Participate in hands-on delivery activities such as process documentation, analysis, and change management support.
• Contribute to a community of project managers by sharing learnings and seeking mentorship.
