Interim Director of Facilities Management / Plant Operations

💰 $3,600 weekly | 13-week assignment (possible extension)
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Facilities Management / Plant Operations to provide strong, hands-on leadership at a 135-bed hospital in Tullahoma, Tennessee. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all facility systems, maintenance, and plant functions while supporting a skilled team through an important transition period.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (exempt position; additional hours as needed)
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
✅ Minimum 7 years of facilities or plant operations experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
✅ Direct experience with TJC surveys (Environment of Care, Life Safety, and facility walkthroughs)
✅ Proficiency in work order management systems (TMS or similar)
✅ Proven success in team leadership, communication, and vendor management
✅ NFPA Certification preferred (not required)
✅ Healthcare or hospital facilities experience strongly preferred
