As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, engaging with individuals onsite, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
