Hands-on Experience in BSS (Customer Experience, CRM (presales, post sales), Order management (order decomposition), pricing, billing, understanding of provisioning concepts, service assurance and revenue assurance)vi.
Must have experience on deploying applications on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments and their impacts across various platforms (AWS, OCI, GCP, Private Cloud)vii.
Must have prior experience in driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consultingviii.
Must have prior experience in driving multimillion $ OSS / BSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Programix.
Technology and Industry trends & insights with active participation in open forums and analysts such as TM Forum, Gartner and so on.
Desired Skills : a. Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)b. Understanding of OOAD, RDMBS and Java front end and backend technologiesc.
