Kansas Licensed Healthcare Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling

Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes

Provide support in finding primary care physicians within the customer's network

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to type 25 words per minute

Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems

Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week

Must reside in the state of Kansas
