Job Title: Physical Therapist
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, manage pain, and prevent future injuries. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support throughout their rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing pain and preventing future injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
