Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care while leading and supporting nursing staff. You will help ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive and resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
