Job description :
We are currently driving a multi-year initiative to unify the digital customer experience across all customer-facing applications. The initial MVP is focused on the Electrical Sector Americas, with a strong emphasis on distributor purchaser personas.
Scope of MVP :
- Order management
- Digital assistant interactions
- Unified customer profile and sign-on across platforms
Technology Stack : Includes Azure, Salesforce, Order Center, Project Center, ERPs, Middleware, Snowflake, AEM, and others.
Future Vision :
Expansion beyond MVP to include additional applications and featuresGlobal rollout across the Electrical Sector, GEIS, and eventually Industrial Sector use casesSupport Needed : We are seeking a resource to assist with the following areas :
Stakeholder Management Identify and engage key stakeholders, build onboarding plans, and ensure consistent messaging.Communication Planning Develop and manage a communication strategy across internal and external channels.Training & Enablement Create a training rollout plan for MVP and a scalable process for future regions / features.Adoption & Metrics Track adoption, gather feedback, measure KPIs, and refine OCM strategies accordingly.
