This individual will lead high-impact initiatives, provide strategic and analytical insights to senior leadership, and partner across functions to advance the business's long-term growth, competitiveness, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist with strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution in a highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Strategic Initiatives
• Lead or co-lead Retail Annuities initiatives such as new business model assessments, product or distribution strategy design, digital enablement programs, and operating model transformations
• Structure, manage, and deliver complex, cross-functional projects with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Prepare high-quality executive materials and presentations to communicate recommendations, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders
• Partner on Strategy Development
• Partner with RA leadership and the Strategy team to shape and evolve the business's long-term strategic direction in alignment with enterprise priorities
• Conduct analyses and synthesize insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, distribution trends, and product opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, bringing analytical rigor, structured thinking, and a forward-looking perspective to key strategic questions
• Collaborate across functions
• Partner with key business functions (e.g., Product, Distribution, Operations, Marketing) to align and integrate strategic priorities
• Build strong relationships across teams to ensure coordinated execution and alignment on strategic outcomes
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform critical decisions that impact growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
