As the Director of IT, S / 4HANA Delivery & Integration for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will lead a global team responsible for driving the architecture, delivery, and process enablement supporting Honeywell's enterprise-wide S / 4HANA transformation. Your leadership will be central to delivering a cohesive and scalable IT landscape that underpins Honeywell Aerospace's growth strategy and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role that requires a proven transformation leader capable of aligning technology delivery, data, and process integration across a complex business ecosystem. You will report directly to our VP of Lead to Cash and S4 Transformation, and you'll work out of one of our Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead and mentor global technology teams across architecture, process enablement, and analytics to ensure successful delivery of S / 4HANA programs and integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring all S / 4 releases, integrations, and deployments meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional business and IT leaders to align technology strategy with business transformation goals and Aerospace & Defense industry standards.
• Drive integration across ERP, CRM, CPQ, PLM, MES, and data platforms to enable a unified digital ecosystem.
• Implement delivery frameworks and KPIs that track progress, manage risk, and measure value realization.
• Promote the use of analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights to enable proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and audit frameworks, maintain operational integrity across systems and processes.
• Foster a "One Team" culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
