Since 1993, we've been known for our extensive high-quality inventory and specialty fabrics. We provide tablecloths, overlays, napkins, and other fine linen items to elevate any table or room design. We also offer personalized custom manufacturing and design services to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Event Consultant for our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, has a great eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. As an Event Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients bring their event visions to life while ensuring seamless order execution.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist clients in selecting rental linens, both in person and over the phone.
  • Facilitate showroom appointments and provide exceptional in-person service.
  • Process and update customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to confirm payment details.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on proposals and maintain timely client communication.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and contribute to service improvements.
  • Support team members with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate in training and additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and order-entry systems (preferred).
  • An eye for color and fabric coordination, with the ability to recommend design options to clients.
