Position Overview :
This Fortune 50 Telecommunications Company is seeking a Specialized Project Manager IV to lead Customer Operations integration tasks associated with an upcoming merger. This role manages complex, high-impact projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring all scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will bring advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and cross-functional influence to drive initiatives that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from definition to implementation.
- Develop project plans, drive milestones, and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, schedule, cost, and quality measures.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and manage cross-functional teams.
- Establish effective communication plans with project team members and key stakeholders.
- Ensure proper change management practices throughout the project.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Analyze systems and processes required for Customer Operations integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Implement effective solutions based on complex process analysis.
- Lead higher-complexity projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of project management experience with specialized skills.Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.Demonstrated ability in process documentation, project management, and relationship building.Strong oral and written communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions.Why Work Here / Team Value :
