Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire an Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team to assist in the implementation of new client data into our software. The specialist assists new clients with their transition to our payroll service. This is a dynamic role which requires interaction with our internal sales and operations teams, as well as providing high-level customer service and training to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Setup of new clients in payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems
  • Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live
  • Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams
  • Perform new client training
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to answer questions related to use of web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and work at a fast pace, must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual while remaining flexible
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
  • Knowledge of payroll taxes, both at the Federal and State level
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll or accounting is a plus
