Location: IE, Rancho Mirage, Ontario, Indio, CA. In-Home, Community-Based, & Clinic Settings | Full-Time
Salary: $85,000–$115,000 per year + Bonuses

About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. You’ll assess clients, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families to help children succeed. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for leadership.
